Work cross-functional with IT business and Go-to-Market partners at all levels to drive organizational change, change management, and business user testing.
Coach and mentor functional change agents and managers leading the people side of change to execute project-specific change strategies, change management and training plans
Coordinate, review, and assist in delivery of product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise Go-To-Market offers
Communicate Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and or system changes to global operational and approval teams that would impact deals they support
Lead and perform business user acceptance testing from pre-planning through to execution and launch.
Actively participate in projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations and advocate for continuous improvement in the quote-to-cash processes

3 to 5 years of experience
Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to articulate challenges and help inform decisions to relevant collaborators
Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
