Looking for an Enterprise Architect to come in and create a base line for systems and services, gaps,tech deck, all the things.  Define a tech strategy and architecture.
 
Must have experience with Enterprise Architecture, Defining, Design and Architect of Systems, Tech Architecture, Transformation, Solutions, Insurance, Underwriting, Thought Leader.
 
What you will be doing:
  • Works as an Enterprise Architect – define, design and architect tech architecture, systems / IT systems and services, gaps, tech deck, all the things
  • Define a tech strategy and architecture.
  • Works with the business to create a base line for everything
  • Looks at where we are at for systems, gaps, tech deck, all the things
  • Works with risk solutions going through transformation
  • Will influence on where there are opportunities to define solutions and tech architecture 
  • Needs super strong soft skills, must be a thought leader
  • Works in the Insurance / Underwriting space 
  • Can influence the business thinking
  • Looks at end to end tech architecture, really think about looking at solutions for tech architecture, systems, gaps, tech deck or other things
  • Works with delivery team, we have the definition of the business outcomes are
  • Define the architecture runways they are on
  • Defining the solutions, finding new technologies
  • Leading those evaluations
  • Coming back and presenting the recommendations
  • Evangelizing (convert) those recommendations
  • Seeing through the delivery of those recommendations
  • Works with Azure services, UiPath, AI for business process / document processing automation, RPA – Robot Process Automation tool to streamline business
 
What you will need:
  • 8-10+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect – define, design and architect tech architecture, systems and services, gaps, tech deck, all the things
  • Strong experience in Insurance, Underwriting, New business processing underwriting
  • Experience in transformation, designing and architecting Technical Architecture / Systems / Solutions
  • Experience working with carriers and provides along with the cloud services available
  • BPM – Business Process Modeling, Orchestration Engine, Rules Engine, Document Processing, Base Processing
  • Experience with Cloud Services, Azure Services
  • Experience with UiPath, AI automation for repetitive tasks in business processes preferred
  • Experience defining, recommending and transforming technology architecture / solutions that not only can work in the current environment but can also scale
