Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate Range: $30 - $36.55/Hour
 
Role Mandate:
  • This position will be responsible for executing the policies and procedures for the Dealer Management program covering 2,400 RV and Marine dealerships. This includes but is not limited to monitoring and validation of dealer performance metrics, investigating, and addressing breaches in thresholds, summarizing results in comprehensive recertification of dealerships. This position will work with various constituencies including Sales, Risk, Compliance, and other business partners to achieve business objectives.
 
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Take generated reports and put together comprehensive reviews of dealership relationships
  • Makes recommendations on strategies to address underperforming dealers
  • Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues.
  • Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Leads or participates in defining the change/communication plan designed to positively influence or change behavior, develops tailored messaging; and identifies appropriate distribution channel.
  • Develops and documents processes, procedures, etc. and/or end-user materials.
  • Builds effective relationships and collaborates with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensures alignment between stakeholders.
  • Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Assists with training and transition of processes and tools/templates to appropriate process owners
 
Must-Have Skills:
  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of business/group processes, procedures and controls - In-depth.
  • Understanding of risk, regulatory and compliance requirements - In-depth.
  • Possesses an understanding of and problem solving ability for issues within the business/group.
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization is necessary
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
  • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.
  • Influence skills - In-depth.
  • Data driven decision making - In-depth.
