Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project initiatives within the Capital Markets division.
  • Collaborate with teams from finance, risk management, and technology to create and implement project plans.
  • Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
  • Communicate updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify and manage project risks, resolving any issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management experience within capital markets.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise in financial products like mortgage-backed securities, bonds, and derivatives.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects, including budgeting and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
