During his 5-year tenure at Intelliswift, he has stamped his imprint, expanded the company’s service offerings, and strengthened its market presence as a global services and solutions provider. His journey from technical work to leading a prominent IT powerhouse is a testament to his steadfast dedication to excellence. Under his guidance, Intelliswift has not only withstood industry disruptions but has also emerged as a pioneering entity, setting benchmarks for state-of-the-art solutions and unmatched service.

Leveraging his extensive experience from previous management roles at organizations like UST Global, Cognizant, and TCS, Surej has also been instrumental in implementing and personally embracing core values within Intelliswift.

At UST Global, Surej served as the CTO & President, where he established vertical and horizontal structures, driving significant growth for the organization. His strategic acumen and leadership were key in positioning UST Global as a formidable player in the industry.

During his tenure at Cognizant, Surej held various pivotal roles, including heading the EMS Practice and leading the technology industry vertical, focusing on ISV, HiTech, and online market segments. He was also responsible for managing strategic technology alliances and horizontals, contributing significantly to the company's expansion and success.

Before his time at Cognizant, Surej held significant positions at TCS, where he was the Regional Director for North America, responsible for a substantial portion of the company's revenues. His tenure in Silicon Valley saw him forge strategic partnerships with technology firms and drive business growth through his strategic vision and leadership.

Yet, beyond his remarkable professional journey, Surej's most remarkable trait lies in his ability to inspire and empower those around him. Whether cultivating an environment of innovation within the organization or forging strategic alliances on a global scale, his leadership is characterized by integrity, foresight, and an unyielding commitment to delivering tangible outcomes.

Surej’s academic achievements include a major in Electronics Engineering, certification as a Quality Analyst, and completion of the Executive Leadership Development Program at Harvard.
