Summary:
Drive sales on .com. Work closely to develop quarterly business plans to increase total sales.
1. Key Responsibilities

1. Develop quarterly business plans to drive HHP/NC sales to achieve the target
2. Work with NC teams to directly develop joint business plans with associated investments to reach sales targets.
3. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance to understand conversion and traffic drivers including conversion funnel, promotional lift, and marketing activities.
4. Work closely with Channel Marketing to develop campaigns and improve content and messaging to customers to improve traffic and qualified lands.
5. Analyze promotion performance by customer cohorts to understand drivers of performance and to create targeted offer strategies.
6. Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase collaboration and investment in the Mobile Enhancement category.

3. Knowledge, Skills and Education

Knowledge/expertise/experience
• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience in eCommerce or related industry. MBA preferred.
• Experience managing eCommerce Categories of $50 million + minimally and proven experience growing eCommerce Categories with implementing innovative strategies.
• Strong leadership with the ability to drive results by partnering with Stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in driving business execution and delivering against revenue and profit targets
• Demonstrated success in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment with the ability to respond to changing priorities without loss in performance or productivity
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive influence across many levels of the organization.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using Excel with Tableau preferred.
• Structured and process-oriented approach to solve business and operational problems with a highly agile approach.
