3-5 years of experience as a business analyst
3-5 years of experience heavily using Java, python, scripts, data analysis
3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst
  • 3-5 years of experience heavily using Java, python, scripts, data analysis
  • 1+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience
  • 3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
  • 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
  •  Experience with Excel
 
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in relative field  

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
 
Day to Day:
  • Attending business meetings and sync with team members
  • Checking the health of reporting pipelines (QA responsibilities
  • Assisting various programs within systems to determine product expiration and best course of action
  • Support conversations with product managers
  • own the design, creation, and management of extremely large datasets.
  • Variety of tasks, ranging from creating datasets, reports, and dashboards to metadata modeling, and pipeline monitoring.
  • Interact with the internal program and product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, structure scalable and perform data solutions.
  • Responsible for tuning query performance against large and complex data sets.
  • Help translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.

Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
May lead and direct the work of others.
May report directly to a project lead or manager.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
 
Job Description:
  • Own the development and maintenance of new and existing solution artifacts which are focused on driving efficiency within the business via analysis, metrics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop, and implement KPIs, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.
  •  Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
  •  Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
  •  Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.
