Qualifications:
-Prior work experience as a high-volume Campus Recruiter (5 years minimum)
-Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews
-Hands-on experience with Workday and Handshake is a MUST
-Familiarity with social media sourcing
-Understanding of labor legislation, particularly regarding internships
-Good networking abilities
-An understanding of media organizations is helpful

Responsibilities:
This is a high-volume Campus Recruiter role that will cover across all of Dow Jones' business divisions. You will in 3 months help the TA organization to recruit, hire, and close students for the 2025 summer cohort in the US.
-This is a full-cycle recruitment role. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for intern candidates.
-Post job ads on Handshake and Workday and source potential candidates, especially from the schools Dow Jones has visited from a Career Fair perspective, and has relationships with.
-Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs for their summer interns.
-Ensure to keep diversity and inclusion practices a priority throughout the recruitment process.
-This is a hubrid role- 3 days in NYC office, 2 days WFH
