Location: Warren, MI 48093 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
 
Responsibilities:
• Develop, interpret, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI performance reports for each department within client Dealer Chat.
• Update performance dashboard.
• Leverage the XM Client tool to underscore and supplement findings.
• Participate in quarterly analytics meetings to share/compare news, challenges, tips, best practices, guiding principles, case studies
• Trend historical data to help shape measurable objectives and targets for annual planning purposes
• Maintain a reporting pipeline calendar
• Maintain and report digital headcount
• Leverage PowerBI to create visual representations of data and insights
• Assist in developing KPIs definitions and goal adjustments.
• Assist forecasting team with scheduling and scheduling audits.
• Creating and educating / coaching on research and analytics.
• Foster a metrics-based approach to glean insights and drive the business forward
• Assist both client Dealer Chat Team Leads, support staff, and Coordinator team with projects.
 
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2 Years minimum of work experience.
  • 2 years with Microsoft Access/Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
Top 3 must-have hard skills:
  • VBA exp.
  • Strong written and oral.
  • Presentation.
