Job Qualifications:


A bachelor's degree is required in a relevant field, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done, support several projects at one time, and accept reprioritization as necessary.
Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
Ability to follow through, work independently, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Data quality assessment experience.
Proficiency in tools and technologies: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Functions), Agile, Oracle.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with data collection, processing, and management.
End-to-end, hands-on experience with all aspects of data (collection, storage repository, data quality assessment, reporting).
Experience with PLM and ERP tools such as Agile, Oracle, etc.

Primary responsibilities
Manage data collection processes, including obtaining documentation from OEMs, handling Dangerous Goods logistics documentation, training documentation, and PLM tool documentation availability.
Own defined projects focused on improving parts of the compliance data collection.
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and logistics groups to improve DG compliance documentation availability.
Work closely with internal technical teams to add new attributes for domain-specific sections in PLM and ERP tools.
Support continuous improvement efforts for DG documentation compliance.
Work with 3P vendors to ensure their database for required product documentation is up to date.
Work with all aspects of DG data (collection, storage repository, data quality assessment, reporting).
Conduct user acceptance testing and work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback on changes in a pre-production environment. Identify change management requirements for new attributes in PLM and ERP tools, and create required user-facing documentation and training for change management.

highly motivated data collection specialist to join our Environmental, Health and Safety – Dangerous Goods team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, good with people, and comfortable working with participants in the field.
This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to work quickly and be flexible while delivering high-quality results. Having an eye for process improvement is critical as we will look to the data collection specialists for input on how to evolve our data collection and management processes.
