Functional Testing Quality Assurance Analyst - Senior

Hybrid work requirements: 2x per week, Tuesday and Thursday, subject to change


Job Description:

Role Mandate:

The TSYS team under the North American Retail Payments umbrella is looking to add a QA Lead.
The role will own end-to-end QA including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off for TSYS projects.

Team Structure:
The team consists of around 20 people, 7-8 onshore and 10-12 offshore.
This role is highly collaborative with both the onshore and offshore teams.

Role Responsibilities:
• Owns end to end QA including planning, execution, defect management, and sign off for
• TSYS projects
• Work closely with business partners and vendors
• Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of issues
• Enforce QA standards, test documentation, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to improve quality and efficiency

Must Have Skills:
- PRIMARY: Strong, recent hands on TSYS experience, including TSYS-TS2 green screen data conditioning and TSYS rewards
- Has previously worked on pricing and interests related TSYS projects involving disclosure group changes, fee updates, and pricing updates
- Has previously led new credit card product launches end to end
- Experience with payment projects
- Experience with card generation, statements, letters & communications
- Experience with digital wallets and tokenization
- Familiarity with FICO TRIAD Customer Manager
- In-depth written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:
- TRIAD experience
- Mainframe file handling experience
- Hands on automation experience
