Key Responsibilities:
• Execute day-to-day operational tasks across assessment build and support functions
• Support the testing and validation of assessment workflows
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assessment-related issues

Job Description: 
The Assessment Operations Team supports in end to end implementation and subsequent support of client suite of online assessments.
The Assessment Operations specialist will own tactical assessment work as needed to support broader team projects and may lead small-scale initiatives individually to implementation.
This specialist will support in data retrieval/documentation processes as needed from the team, relying on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performing a variety of tasks, the specialist will work under general supervision, reporting to a team manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Position Overview:
The Operations Specialist will support both Assessment Build & Launch and Assessment Support functions, ensuring operational efficiency across the ITA Assessment Operations team.

This position will build, launch, and support client's assessment portfolio. 
This will be blue badge coding tests/ behavioral assessments. 
When the client needs an updated assessment, this team works cross-functionally to put the assessment together.  For example: Work with the tech team to launch when it’s ready. 

Tedious work for translations- attention to detail is needed. 
Conduct meetings, effective communications.  Has PM on the team that manages this.

Administers human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations. Researches and analyzes data pertaining to human resources.
May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
