IT Service Desk associate

Onsite IT Technical Support Analyst for a 6-month contract in the greater Burbank / Los Angeles area.

This position pays $25 W-2 an hour.
Must have strong DHCP, SCCM and A+ certification.


What you will be doing:
  • Microsoft O365 troubleshooting and administration
  • Troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10
  • Support using Active Directory management
  • GPO management
  • PC Imaging using SCCM, SCCM software deployment, SCCM patch management
  • Microsoft MFA authentication (Multi-Factor Authentication)
  • Responsible for assisting Technical Support Analyst I's with escalations and technical questions and provide technical coaching and training as things change in the environment
  • Spend their day on the covering phones, coordinating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting incoming employee calls and emails
  • Provide support for technical/IT issues involving desktop and laptop application software or network services from local personnel or from employees using remote network access
  • Assist with local field tickets when possible

What you will need:
  • 4-5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk Support, Desktop Support
  • Must have strong DHCP
  • Experience in PC Imaging, SCCM
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy’s
  • Experience with O365
 
Certifications required:
  • CompTIA A+ certification required or higher certification such as MCP, MCSE, MCSA
