Job Title: Knowledge Management Specialist
Location: Lehi, UT (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6 months
Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate: $38.73/Hour
 
Duties:
  • Candidates will be working within Client’s Global Source-to-Pay team, supporting various Sourcing activities. 
  • The key responsibilities are related to the development, management and maintenance of a Knowledge Management program. 
  • Additionally, candidates will be responsible for various Sourcing Enablement projects as assigned. Looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience.
 
Capture and Curate Knowledge
  • Collect and maintain critical knowledge from subject matter experts, documents, and systems.
 
Organize and Classify Information
  • Develop taxonomies, tagging, and structures to make information easy to find and use.
 
Develop and Improve KM Processes
  • Design workflows and standards to integrate knowledge management into daily operations.
 
Manage KM Tools and Technologies
  • Implement and maintain knowledge bases and document libraries in platforms like SharePoint and LucidCharts
 
Support Onboarding of New Hires
  • Help new employees quickly access essential knowledge, training, and resources for a smoother start.
 
Provide Training and Support
  • Educate employees on using KM tools effectively and foster a culture of continuous knowledge sharing.
 
Measure and Report on KM Effectiveness
  • Track usage, gather feedback, and report on the impact of knowledge management efforts.
 
Required Skills:
  • Strong Organization & Information Management
  • Skilled at structuring, tagging, and maintaining knowledge repositories.
  • Proficiency with KM or Content Tools
  • Experience with platforms like SharePoint or similar.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
  • Able to create clear guides, processes, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Training & Onboarding Support
  • Comfortable helping new hires and teams navigate knowledge resources.
  • Collaboration & Relationship Building
  • Works well across teams to gather knowledge and encourage participation.
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ensures accuracy, consistency, and quality in content and systems.
 
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Knowledge Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
