Location: San Jose CA/ Lehi UT – (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6 months and includes a 30-day probationary period
Work Type: W2
Payrate: $64.62/hr
 
Job Description:
  • As a member of the Volume and Scale Pricing Frameworks Team, you will impact key business decisions for client fastest-growing products.
  • You will support Pricing Operation managers in SKU creation and pricing, optimizing processes with scalable documentation.
  • Your role involves executing operational tasks, collaborating with teams like product operations, revenue accounting, sales, legal, and customer care to solve problems, remove barriers, and enhance efficiency.
  • You will manage projects, build and document repeatable processes, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Resilience, advanced Excel skills, data analysis expertise, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential.
  • Understanding the end-to-end product launch supply chain is crucial.
 
What you will do :
  • Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for internal Pricing Hub system implementation.
  • Coordinate and support operational aspects of the Digital Media product lifecycle, including SKU creation and pricing, facilitation of approvals for business strategy and pricing requests.
  • Perform audits related to the standard launch process.
  • Project planning using Workfront to implement business decisions, including key milestones, and drive progress to achieve project goals and timelines.
  • Work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with all upstream/downstream stakeholders, to ensure understanding of strategy, project plan, and impacts.
  • Document cross-functional process improvement and adoption of best practices (processes, tools) to improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of system and process documentation. 
  • Ad hoc operational requests including reporting and auditing of SKU and Pricing files to support product launches.
 
Skills:
What you need to succeed:
  • 5+ years of experience in an operational role, prioritizing and managing projects, with accuracy and diligence.
  • Advanced knowledge and fluency with Excel, Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, SharePoint required.
  • Experienced driving processes and consistently meeting established key milestones in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to research and identify issues, root cause, and proposed resolution. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and auditing experience required. 
  • Strong process analysis skills to identify opportunities for optimization, design solutions, and create implementation plans.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience creating training documentation/curriculum a plus. 
  • Strong Visual Basic (VBA) and MS Excel development skills are a plus.
