Location: San Francisco, CA (This is a Hybrid role. Highly prefer San Francisco & San Jose location. Open to Lehi, Colorado or New York as well.)

Payrate: $87.41/hr
 
Duties:
  • As a Web Product Manager for client’s website, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the site’s experience for customers, especially in the Education segment.
  • You’ll collaborate with teams across Client’s Digital Media organization to boost revenue from Students and Teachers by improving page performance and user experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver the best in class Education experience on client’s website.
  • Use data, customer feedback, and industry benchmarks to find opportunities for innovation and improved user experiences.
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Product, Legal, and Customer Support to quickly conceptualize, prototype, validate, and launch new products and features.
  • Set measurable goals, prioritize features, and manage a backlog; coordinate with engineering, design, and QA to deliver on requirements.
  • Design and run product discovery and optimization experiments, including A/B and multivariate tests for pricing, content, and personalization.
  • Track project issues, drive resolutions, and report results against key performance indicators.
  • Present strategies, business rationale, and findings to partners and senior leaders.
  • Partner with regional sales and product marketing on go-to-market plans.
 
Skills:
  • MBA preferred, or BA/BS with at least 5 years of product management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in site merchandising, A/B testing, and rapid iteration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence engineers, executives, and customers.
  • Analytical approach, skilled at using data to drive decisions and measure results.
  • Proven ability to launch new initiatives and resolve complex issues.
  • Comprehensive, effective, and successful at all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with user experience standard methodologies, including user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and shift priorities as needed.
  • Comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on implementation.
  • Knowledge of emerging web technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and AI search.
 
Education:
  • MBA preferred, or BA/BS with at least 5 years of product management or equivalent experience.
