Client's Digital Media business is seeking an experienced lead to help direct the vision and execution of our online strategy focused on Enterprise customers. As part of the Enterprise Portfolio Strategy team, you will work to set the strategy and plan for new online experiences and journeys, and partner with various teams on prioritization, requirements, and messaging tied to this vision. You will also act as a partner and ambassador to our product and studio partners tasked with delivering on this strategy.

This is a highly visible role, and we are looking for a leader that can influence across the organization, partner with cross-functional teams, encourage the team and deliver results. A successful applicant will thrive in collaborative, cross-functional efforts, use past experiences and data to develop compelling and differentiated online experiences aligned with our near-and long-term business goals.
Develop a shared vision and plan to deliver high-impact online experiences for Enterprise customers, working with leadership across client website and DMe Enterprise leaders
Identify priority end-to-end experiences and journeys to optimize for key personas we are targeting for various awareness, evaluation, and adoption needs
Make informed recommendations on navigation, messaging and product requirements across digital properties to deliver on business and customer needs
Collaborate with  team to build and prioritize a 6 to 12-month roadmap to deliver on segment's business goals, and define an operating model to ensure on-going alignment and agility in execution
Define quarterly priorities for execution across PMM and Marketing teams, inclusive of new pages, marketing activations, or updates
Translate product capabilities and marketing priorities to narratives and experiences that resonate with customers across audiences, inclusive of key releases, marketing moments and product updates, through thoughtful briefs and collaboration across teams

What you need to succeed
6+ years of experience in Online and/or Digital Marketing roles (B2B / Enterprise specific experience strongly preferred)
Ability to rapidly absorb new information, inclusive of our core offerings, product innovations & capabilities, core personas & use cases, as well as B2B marketing imperatives and best practices.
Exceptional communication skills with experience in developing compelling messaging, journeys and experiences targeting a variety of audiences.
Strong executive presence and presentation that can inspire and engage various stakeholders, inclusive of executives, product teams and creative and studio partners.
Solid problem-solving, analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather insights and present data-driven recommendations.
Highly collaborative with ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
Willingness and ability to travel (~10%).
