Pay rate range - $45/hr. to $50/hr. on W2
Location - Seattle, WA OR Arlington, VA (Remote Possible (candidates need to be tied to a building location even if working remotely))

Must Have
Ability to use multiple toolsets to source new potential candidates (ex., Cleared Jobs / GenAI / Creative Sourcing technically)
Able to partner with clients and stakeholders across multiple areas of the business 
Collaboration with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies 

Required:

3 years of experience  

Preferred:

Worked in a cleared space – teams that need to hire in a space with roles needing security requirements

Degree or Certification:
Bachelor's degree preferred 

KPI:
1 to 2 hires per month expected
Complete a minimum number of phone interviews, onsite interviews, and offer acceptances

Job Description: 
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
May lead and direct the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
