Task Breakdown
Technical Sourcer - Sourcing, recruiting the talent, use of ATS, make sure info of candidates are correct, doing online assessment

Key Project
Focus on database and analytics, application query at large language model, focus on SDE and AWS DSQL, 90% is in Seattle, they hire with 5-15yrs experienced candidates


Job Description:
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
May require a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
