3. Team-first mindset — A collaborative approach that prioritizes team success and knowledge sharing.

Years of Experience 
The team is looking for 4+ years of experience in tech or niche recruiting.
No specific degree or certification is required — what matters most is hands-on sourcing experience in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Key Project
The majority of the contractor's time will be spent identifying and engaging top talent, conducting candidate outreach, reviewing profiles, preparing candidate summaries, and having initial conversations with prospective candidates

Task Breakdown
•            70% Sourcing, Candidate Discussions & Prep — The majority of the contractor's time will be spent identifying and engaging top talent, conducting candidate outreach, reviewing profiles, preparing candidate summaries, and having initial conversations with prospective candidates.
•            30% Client & Team Collaboration — The remaining time is dedicated to syncing with hiring managers, participating in team meetings, calibrating on role requirements, and collaborating with peers on pipeline strategy.
