Responsibilities 
  • Provides support to the Paycheck Protection Program Liquidity Facility (PPPLF) and Discount Window functions in the Credit, Risk and Reserves Management Department.
  • Works closely with the centralized PPPLF team to process paydowns and payoffs of outstanding PPPLF loans, troubleshoots errors and communicates with PPPLF lenders as needed.
  • Effectively communicates with staff in the PPPLF Centralized Team.
  • May be required to train other staff members via Microsoft Teams.
  • May assist with additional duties, such as Discount Window collateral processing, legal document reviews and scanning documents.
  • Must be willing to come into the office a minimum of one day a week, but some weeks may require more days in the office.
Qualification:
  • Self-starter with the ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently.
  • Detail oriented and good communicator both with a team and to external stakeholders.
  • Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
  • Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
  • Develops competence by performing structured work assignments.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience focused on financial analysis or equivalent credit risk management experience focused on collateral analysis and operations, and/or financial institution condition monitoring.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of general credit, lending, and collateral management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of financial institution balance sheet and income statements and the ability to summarize them.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist more senior staff in preparing analyses for management.
