Salesforce Developer/Administrator

About the Role: 
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator.
This role requires expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, with a focus on developing and managing complex Salesforce solutions.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and maintain solutions in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
  2. Build and optimize case management systems with entitlement processes and tracking capabilities
  3. Manage and enhance user-facing Experience Cloud sites
  4. Develop using Lightning Framework, including Lightning components, Lightning events, and Salesforce Lightning Design System
  5. Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications with necessary customizations
  6. Build solutions on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and APIs
  7. Implement and manage continuous integration, automation, and deployment processes
 
Basic Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs
  2. Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure
  3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build processes
  4. Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, Mulesoft, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce
  5. SQL, SOQL, and AWS integration experience
 
Required Qualifications (will be disqualified without. Required in addition to qualifications above)

  2. Manage and enhance user-facing Experience Cloud sites
  3. Expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds is required
