Salesforce Developer/Administrator

Location: In the office, 5 days a week

Job Description:

Must Have

5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
Previous Experience using AWS Systems 
Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.

Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required:
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs.
  • Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build processes.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, Mulesoft, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce.
  • Expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud is required
 
Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have’s:
  • Building applications using Apex and Lightning.
  • Working with Lightning Framework, Lightning components, Lightning events, and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
  • • Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications with necessary customization.
  • Support cross-systems and related integrations across the native Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Build solution on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and API's.
  • Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles.
  • Experience with continuous integrations, automations, and deployment of processes.
Interaction with Team:
  • Will collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations.
  • Will provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • You will operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders.
 
Typical Task Breakdown:
  • The scope of the implementation includes:
  • Automate the research proposal submission and review process
  • Conduct proposal reviews by the reviewer and the chair team
  • Streamline grant management and tracking
  • Provide real-time reporting and analytics on research activities
  • Integrate with existing ARI systems for seamless data flow.
  • Design, implement, and maintain solutions in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
  • Build and optimize case management systems with entitlement processes and tracking capabilities
  • Manage and enhance user-facing Experience Cloud sites
  • Develop using Lightning Framework, including Lightning components, Lightning events, and Salesforce Lightning Design System
  • Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications with necessary customizations
  • Build solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and APIs
  • Implement and manage continuous integration, automation, and deployment processes
