Remote Senior MariApps Application Support Specialist with 5-10+ years of experience in MariApp, Application Support, Application Management for a long-term contract position.

This position can be remote or onsite in the Arlington, VA area.
 
What you will be doing:

  • Provide management and application support of MariApps
  • Lead mentor application support team
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues for MariApps
  • Understand and deliver customized support and solutions, MariApps Applications
  • Train and support end-users on Mariapps applications
  • On-call support rotation
 
What you will need:
  • 5-10+ years of experience in MariApps Suite, MariApps Application Support, MariApps Application Management, Maritime
  • Must have strong MariApps application support
  • Must have strong MariApps application management
  • Experience in leadership, mentoring teams
 
Experience with MariApps Suite:
  • smartPAL, OceanAI, cruisePAL, smartOps, OceanOpt, LiveFleet, PAL eXtrack, eConnect, smartSync, Ticketing, Mobile Apps, I2P Bot, MAXv, Maritime BI, smartLogs, ferryPAL 
 
A Plus:
  • SQL
  • Scripting Languages
  • ITIL Framework
 
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
