About the Role
The Partner GTM & Co-Sell team in the Global Partner Organization leads go-to-market strategy and co-selling with our strategic partners. We work with our partners and internal teams to build and execute campaigns that deliver net-new revenue with customers.
 
The Sr Partner GTM & Co-Seller role has a net-new revenue focus. They take ownership of new partnership offerings after agreements have been signed and develop the go-to-market strategy. To be successful, the Sr Partner GTM & Co-Sell Manager will become an expert on the partnership offering, identify which customers would benefit most, and build a pipeline of co-sell opportunities. They will educate and enable internal teams on the offering to support sales campaigns. Lastly, they will co-sell with Client and partner sellers to drive customer acquisition and manage and report on an accurate forecast of customer opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions to mid-level executives in a field sales position.
  • Understanding of or exposure to Human Capital Management (HCM) or payroll-oriented solutions.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing 2-6 month sales cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities.
  • Experience creating and delivering internal enablement materials and sessions for sales and partner teams.
  • Knowledge of or the ability to quickly upskill on HCM and payroll-oriented data solutions.
  • Experience with account planning and coordinating with internal stakeholders to create alignment.
  • Experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for prospecting and territory management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and speak to new partnership offerings for customers.
