Support Specialist I

Pay rate range: $22/hour. to $25/hr. on W2

Job Description:
The Support Specialist will review support requests from podcast publishers and address their questions within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Specifically, the support specialist will
• Work with the existing CX team to address publisher-related concerns
• Manage communication with the publisher
• Assist the CX team with manual tasks related to new customer onboarding
• Work with the finance team to address payment-related concerns
• Route questions to the appropriate groups within the Client
• Ensure the appropriate decision is reached on each request
• Be able to work cross-functionally to communicate problems, solutions, and implementation plans

Job Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service
- Podcasting knowledge is helpful, but not a must
- Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus, but not a must
- Comfortable handling a high volume of work daily
- Diligent work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong personal/integrity
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
